Cancel a plan

Email edit@pausevfx.com from the address you paid with and ask to cancel. You keep Pause until the end of the period you already paid. We do not bill the next cycle after a cancel is confirmed.

Refunds

Pause is digital software, delivered to your Pause account. You can request a full refund within seven days of payment if you have not used Pause to process a video. Email us with the PayPal, Wise, Razorpay, or UPI payment id, or the email on the receipt.

After you have used Pause on a video, the period you already consumed is not refundable. If a charge failed, duplicated, or was clearly unauthorized, write to us and we will reverse it.

Approved refunds go back through PayPal, Wise, Razorpay, or UPI to the original method. Bank timing is theirs, usually a few working days.

Beta pricing

Beta discounts (including 50% off monthly and yearly plans) apply only while that offer is shown at checkout. Changing plan later uses the price on the site at that time.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first. A chargeback on a valid purchase may pause your access while it is investigated.
