No physical shipment

Pause is a digital web editing service. There is no box, disc, courier, customs form, or shipping fee. Nothing is posted to an address.

How you receive it

After PayPal, Wise, Razorpay, or UPI payment is confirmed, eligible accounts can open the web editor at Pause. The thanks page after checkout is the on-site confirmation. Your accountshows your plan and usage.

When it arrives

Web editor access is available through your Pause account after a successful payment. The Premiere plugin is a separate workflow and is not included with this access. Write toedit@pausevfx.com if that inbox is wrong.

Where we deliver

Delivery is worldwide through your Pause account. There is no shipping restriction by country. Card networks, PayPal, Wise, and Razorpay may still decline a payment from some regions. That is a payment limit, not a shipment limit.

Failed delivery

If the confirmation email does not arrive, we will try the address on the PayPal, Wise, Razorpay, or UPI receipt. Keep that inbox working, or tell us a better one. Access is licensed to you, not to a street address.
