Who we are

Pause is an AI video editing service and Premiere Pro workflow, sold atpausevfx.com. It is operated by Dev Monga. Support is edit@pausevfx.com. Adobe, Premiere Pro, and related marks belong to Adobe. Pause is not affiliated with Adobe.

What you are buying

A paid plan is a license to use Pause during that plan period. You do not buy the software outright. Plans, prices, and usage amounts are listed onthe pricing page. Usage is a monthly pool of Pause 1.0 Flash or Pause 1.0 Pro edits. One video is about ten minutes of finished edited footage.

How you get it

Pause is a digital product. After a successful payment, eligible accounts can use the web editor at Pause. There is no physical shipment. See delivery.

Your footage

The web editor prepares a working video copy in your browser and sends that prepared copy to Pause's processing service to make your project. Your original source remains on your computer. We do not use your footage to train models. Do not submit material you do not have the right to process.

Your responsibilities

• You need a supported browser for the web editor. Opening an exported project also requires Adobe Premiere Pro and access to the original source media.
• You may not share, resell, or rent your license, or reverse engineer Pause.
• You are responsible for the content you edit and for any music, footage, or fonts you use.
• Beta software will have bugs. Keep backups of your projects.

Payments

Payments in US dollars go through PayPal or Wise. Payments in Indian rupees go through Razorpay or UPI. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank secrets. Prices on the site are in US dollars unless a checkout page shows another currency. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid. Refunds followthe refund policy.

Limitation of liability

Pause is provided as available. We are not liable for lost footage, lost revenue, or project delays, except where Indian law does not allow that limit. If we owe you anything, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
